Case Studies
We believe in transparency and tangible outcomes. Here’s a look at how we’ve helped our clients turn their operational data from a complex problem into a competitive advantage.
01. Automated EHS & Risk Reporting

The Problem:
A construction company had no consistent view of EHS and Risk performance across its business units. The manual reporting process consumed four workdays every month, resulting in inconsistent metrics, missed deadlines, and low trust in the data.
The Action:
We deployed a fully automated, end-to-end analytics solution. Using APIs, we connected their EHS and Risk systems to a central data warehouse and developed a sophisticated Power BI reporting suite with tailored dashboards for every level of the business.
The Result:
The new system delivered transformative results, including a 100% elimination of the four days of manual reporting work each month and providing leadership with real-time, trusted data for proactive and effective planning.
02. Integrated Business Software Implementation
The Problem:
A national manufacturer's core operations were running on disjointed Excel spreadsheets, causing inconsistent data, poor version control, and excessive administrative follow-ups. This created constant friction and a lack of trust in their own operational data.
The Action:
As the business implementation lead, I served as the critical bridge between the company's needs and the new enterprise software. I ran intensive stakeholder workshops to map business requirements and then translated them into clear technical specifications, workflows, and test plans for the implemetation team.
The Result:
The successful, on-time implementation of the new, customised SaaS platform delivered a single source of truth for all operational data, creating highly efficient processes and a user-friendly system that ensured widespread adoption and a significant reduction in administrative tasks.

03. Streamlined Contractor Management

The Problem:
A multi-stakeholder project had no single system for managing contractors, leading to a complete lack of visibility. Inconsistent onboarding, poor performance tracking, and an inability to evaluate contractors meant project quality and timelines were frequently impacted.
The Action:
I led the design of a new, integrated system from the ground up. I ran intensive stakeholder workshops to map the entire contractor lifecycle and then designed a modular, user-centric workflow and technology solution that was continuously improved with user feedback.
The Result:
The new system provided a single source of truth for all contractor information, enabling performance-based selection of high-quality partners, enhancing compliance and safety through centralised tracking, and creating a consistent, efficient process from onboarding to evaluation.
04. Predictive Supply Chain Optimisation
The Problem:
A manufacturing client faced constant stock unavailability and order delays. Their warehouse was filled with low-demand items while popular products were often out of stock, causing customer complaints and high stress for management due to inefficient, paper-based processes.
The Action:
We designed and deployed a predictive analytics model to forecast demand based on historical sales, customer feedback, and seasonal trends. This model was the core of a new, unified system for managing their entire supply chain, from customer orders to warehouse inventory.
The Result:
The new predictive system significantly increased profitability by eliminating order delays, optimiszing inventory to free up capital, and boosting overall operational efficiency. It provided clear roles and a single source of truth that improved both staff morale and management oversight.
